投料鏟向前運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，將投料池內(nèi)浮在玻璃液面上的物料往前推，并有壓入玻璃液的趨勢(shì)，同時(shí)料倉(cāng)內(nèi)的物料受閘門開度所控制在投料鏟臺(tái)面上鋪展成一簿層。當(dāng)投料鏟往后運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)，投料鏟上的物料與投料鏟之間產(chǎn)生滑移，依次落入投料池內(nèi)。
When a charging shovel moves forward to push batch floated on molten glass in doghouse and press it molten glass, meanwhile, batch in hopper is controlled by open of gate to spread a thin layer on the charging shovel. When the charging shovel moves backward, batch on the shovel slides forward and falls into the doghouse in order.

l 滿足大中型浮法熔窯寬投料池的要求，投料覆蓋面積大，兩投料鏟
之間的間隙小，有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)薄層投料并提高熔窯的熔化效率。
l 兩組投料鏟既可作異步運(yùn)行，又可實(shí)現(xiàn)同步運(yùn)行，有效防止偏料，
并實(shí)現(xiàn)兩組傳動(dòng)站互為備用。（僅適用于斜毯式投料機(jī)）
l 投料鏟的傾角、標(biāo)高、往復(fù)頻率、沖程及料層厚度均可根據(jù)實(shí)際需
要在一定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)，確保達(dá)到最佳投料效果。
l 推料板采用優(yōu)質(zhì)耐熱鑄鋼，無(wú)需通軟化水冷卻，降低設(shè)備運(yùn)行成本。
l 完善的密封系統(tǒng)，有效的防止漏料和飛料，徹底改善窯頭的操作環(huán)境。
分體式機(jī)架，及雙層檢修平臺(tái)，進(jìn)一步方便設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸、安裝和維護(hù)。
Meets with demands on wide doghouse of large and middle float glass furnace, charging area is large, space between two charging shovels is small, that is beneficial to realize thin-layer charging and improve melting efficiency of furnace.
Two group of charging shovel could be run asynchronously and synchronically, so as to avoid shift of charging, and two group of drive station for each other.(Only apply to the inclined blanket charger)
Tilt angle, elevation, reciprocating frequency, stroke of charging shovel and thickness of batch layer should be adjusted in certain range according to actual condition, so as to obtain best charging effect.
The pushing plate is made of high quality heat-resistant steel plate, soften water cooling is not needed, that lower running cost of equipment.
Perfect seal system, avoid leakage and flying in effect, improve operation condition of charging end completely.
Separable frame, double-floor repair platform, is convenient to transportation, installation and mainten ance of device.
