浮法退火窯的用途是使浮法玻璃從錫槽出來的溫度有控制地逐漸冷卻，使其產(chǎn)生的殘余應力不超過允許的范圍，以滿足切割和運輸要求。退火窯由A區(qū)、B區(qū)、C區(qū)、D區(qū)、R區(qū)、E區(qū)、F區(qū)等部件組成。浮法退火窯輥道的用途是借助于玻璃帶與輸送輥道面之間的摩擦力，把連續(xù)玻璃帶從錫槽拉引出來，經(jīng)過渡輥臺之后，順序通過退火窯的各區(qū)，同時把玻璃帶連續(xù)輸送到該生產(chǎn)線冷端。
The float glass annealing lehr is used to control temperature of glass ribbon out of tin bath and lower it, so that caused residual stress is not over allowable value to meet with requirements on cutting and transportation. It is composed of A zone, B zone, C zone, D zone, E zone, F zone and etc. The annealing roller is used to draw the continuous glass ribbon out of tin bath by friction between glass ribbon and conveying roller, after passing through lift-out roller and into each zone of annealine lehr in order, meanwhile, to deliver glass ribbon to the cold end of this production continuously.
